Help Sessions

The Club holds two Help Sessions each month for any technology related problems members may be experiencing. Any member may attend these sessions. A number of tutors will be available to provide assistance. The sessions are held on the

  • 2nd Thursday of each month
  • 4th Tuesday of each month

Both sessions run from 2 – 4 pm.

If you have an urgent or complex issue it is suggested you call first on 9983 0774 to book a tutor. Individual appointments within Help sessions will normally last no more than 30 minutes. When requesting an appointment you need to adequately convey what your question is and if known who you might like to answer it.

One-to-One Sessions

One-On-One training and assistance is also available to members. These are normally for people very new to computers or for people with specific issues.
